Literally worked with an agent today who refused to transfer me to a supervisor because they “offered the same solutions as a supervisor would” and then ended chat.

I’ve got the screenshots and everything before I call them I wanted to vent online for a second because right now I’ll just be emotional and yell at them about the wrong things. Blah.
