He’s leaving the country in 6 months, before that, he confessed his feelings towards me—that he’s attracted to me and wants to see where our connection goes with no pressure. We are on the same page as I’m not in a rush to be in a relationship and frankly quite terrified of it, but navigating this feels like there’s an expiration date.
I do have feelings for him but I’m troubled by the possibility of getting too attached, although yes I’m willing to see where it goes (we have an incredible connection), I’m finding a hard time to define us, as it’s not purely sexual or detached. It’s quite meaningful, tender and warm. Can a short-term be a meaningful encounter without it being too painful when it has to end? What does seeing where it goes even mean?!
