Any fix for this? It’s also not even on my home screen idk how to re ad it

When I launch my EmuMMC it gives me this warning
Obviously I don’t wanna format my sd card
How can I fix this?

I genuinely don’t know how to fix this.
I tried to update to 22.1 and it just broke my switch
I backed up my old files and it’s still giving me this error.
I really need a fix for this
