I have this crush at church but the problem is idk her sexuality but I think she's straight we are friends now and there's a problem she's older then me she's 18 and I'm still a minor

I'm not even old enough for legal age of consent to be together(legal age of consent is 16 I'm 15) I feel like if she finds out she's gonna tell everyone and not wanna be my friend anymore because where I live ppl are very homophopic even my own cousins but atleast I have my two close friends by my side so can anyone please give me some advice I'm kinda lost and scared
