I noticed this detail in Boruto’s dream.

In Boruto’s dream with Toneri, we can see two symbols in the background, and they are exactly the Kama symbols. I think this was literally a teaser for the Kama. But there are two Kama symbols, not just one. I believe it’s a hint toward the confrontation between Boruto and Kawaki. In that confrontation, Boruto is the “hope of the world,” as Toneri said. Sorry for the poor image quality.

The problem with the human Shinju.

Hi! I’m a huge Boruto fan, but right now I have a concern—or at least a fear—regarding the human Shinju.

They’re introduced as a major threat, and each one has its own target. Their whole narrative and development revolve around the idea of devouring that target. This has been teased constantly since their introduction in the early chapters of Two Blue Vortex… but so far, not a single human Shinju has actually succeeded.

For the past few arcs, the pattern feels repetitive: the villain never reaches their goal. Ryu failed, Matsuri failed, and I really thought Mamushi would succeed in devouring Eida—but that didn’t happen. Sure, Inojin got some spotlight, which is nice, but the fact that Mamushi failed to devour a character like Eida—who barely had any narrative importance left—feels like wasted potential. It also shows that Ikemoto wasn’t willing to kill off an important character.

There needs to be real tragedy. Even if Inojin losing his eyes is impactful, it’s still not enough. From a storytelling perspective, that moment felt like the last real opportunity to show a Shinju successfully devouring its target. And honestly, it feels obvious now: if Ikemoto didn’t go through with killing Eida or Konohamaru, then Hidari will never devour Sarada. She’s a main heroine—he’s not going to kill her. Jura probably won’t devour Naruto either, because that would mean killing Naruto, which Ikemoto likely has no intention of doing.

In the end, it almost feels certain that none of the remaining Shinju will ever succeed, meaning we may never actually see one accomplish its goal—and from a writing standpoint, that’s a problem. For example, Obito actually achieved his objective by becoming the Ten-Tails’ host. Here, none of the Shinju are achieving anything, even though it’s essential for their development.

I also don’t think Jura will devour Himawari, because that would make him way too overpowered. He’s already extremely strong, and absorbing Kurama’s power would push him even further. And realistically, I don’t think Ikemoto would kill Himawari like that either.

So yeah, I’m curious what you all think, but to me it feels like Ikemoto is mishandling the Shinju storyline. That said, I’m not saying everything about them is bad—they’re actually one of the best additions to the story. But their development needs to fully pay off, otherwise it loses its impact.

Naruto fans complain about the technology in Boruto, yet Nagato could turn his arm into an ultra-advanced technological module lol 😂

5 fun facts about Mamushi :

1.Mamushi literally means “snake” or “viper,” which fits his sly and twisted nature.

2.Mamushi has the longest beard in the Naruto/Boruto verse.

3.Mamushi represents obsession—his entire motivation revolves around devouring Eida, no matter the cost.

4.His dynamic with Eida is intentionally disturbing, highlighting the contrast between beauty (Eida) and something grotesque (Mamushi).

5.Mamushi is missing some teeth—his teeth are broken, a physical trait he inherited from Bug after Daemon knocked them out.

Inojin is going to remain blind. (I think)

In Kashin Koji’s future visions in Chapter 23, we can see several glimpses, including one that seems to tease Inojin joining Kashin Koji in his hideout. But more importantly, we can see Inojin’s eyes—they’re closed… both of them. In Chapter 33, exactly 10 chapters later, Inojin loses both of his eyes, so I think he’s going to remain blind.

I’ve been really active lately :)

Will he get humiliated again?

I can just imagine Code in the next chapter tripping over a tree trunk and falling to the ground like a clown, then getting kicked hard and leaving again lol 😂

Do you think Jura has read Jiraiya’s books?

Jura reads a lot of books in Konoha, and Jiraiya is probably a well-known writer there, so I’m thinking Jura might have read Jiraiya’s books. He may have even read the one about the Child of Prophecy, which refers to Naruto. Just a hypothesis, but do you think it’s possible?

Inojin could remain blind (a possible explanation from Ikemoto).

Inojin’s eye injury isn’t a typical physical wound. It’s directly tied to his technique and his spirit—more like a spiritual or chakra-based injury than a normal one. For example, Orochimaru’s arms after his fight with Hiruzen were closer to a spiritual injury than a physical one.

So Inojin could potentially be healed from the bleeding, but his vision might remain affected since it’s linked to his spirit and chakra, making it impossible to fully restore. I’m not sure if you get what I mean, but Ikemoto could use this kind of explanation.

The Boruto anime Part 2 will be announced on June 4, 2026.

That’s it, we’re finally here! The anime is finally coming back—and no, this isn’t fake. According to a very reliable leaker (they never get things wrong), we’ll get more information and potentially even a release date announcement for Boruto Part 2. We’ll know more on June 4, but it’s almost 100% certain that the anime will return then. Like I said, this leaker is extremely reliable, and it totally makes sense for the anime to come back at that time. Anyway, I’m extremely excited!
