have you considered the fact that all these operations are basically kept secret from the shinobi​ because Boruto is a foe? the Omnipotence and its​ ​consequences would lose their charm if everyone was involved and had already forgave Boruto without him doing absolutely nothing to gain their trust. the eighth is at the edge of losing his position just because of choosing to fight back alongside him.

it's cohesive for the story ​that they don't show up, or... ​that they literally turn their backs on t​he eighth, like Ino did.

I feel as though Kawaki has not really been involved in the story lately. Like yea he got limiters removed but i just have this sense as if he is just an important side character rather than a co-lead which I assume he is meant to be.

Even Shikamaru is more important him. Heck Kawaki does not even show up in some chapters. I hope something big happens for him

You can tell how none of them even bother to pay attention

I'm not even sure most of them read Naruto because Sasuke and Ino had the same thing happen to them but nooo because it's Boruto it's the worst thing in existence

Y'all came at me with all sorts of comments, "Bro's mad about bad writing that hasn't happened yet." blah blah

It's not my fault Ikemoto's writing is predictable. It's the same pattern arc after arc, and you can guarantee that the villains will never achieve any of their goals. Like I said before, and I say again now, another L arc, Ikemoto dropped the ball. Now I pray to the lord please let Code revive him so he can go back to the village and finish the job.
