I have a boil and I think it is infected now on my butt. It is not between the crack it is actually in the middle near the crack but still on the outside. I've had something similar like this happen on my face and when I popped it, it had gotten infected. I don't think it's a pilonidal cyst. It is very hard aswell. Need help asap.
