Somewhat of a vague question, and I apologize upfront for this. I have no idea of the legal process here in SC. But, briefly, anyone have an idea the typical time frame a state bill takes here in SC to pass both House and Senate for a vote? Specifically, I am interested in both bills HC 3091 and 3081. Both were introduced in 2025, and are currently at the House level (not voted on yet). I know how to follow their progress... but was just interested in a time frame how long they may take. I read somewhere that 2025 bills must complete the process by the end of 2026, but not sure if that is true or not. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
