Store Manager blackmailing phone shop staff
hiya, I work two different tesco mobile stores, a medium size one and a small. the small one is in a tesco store with a not so nice store manager. every day, he asks us to rumble but its always when we have to be in the store and serve customers, which is our JOB. we dont have to do anything for main store, but if we have the time we will.
the store manager of this store has now said that if he finds any of us on our phones in the phone shop (everyone's on their phones lets be honest), he will force us to do rumbling and report us to our ASM, who has agreed to do a disciplinary on anybody who goes against the store manager, just because we won't rumble.
this is blackmail right? like he definitely is not allowed to do this. im wondering if there's anyone i can report this to? I know phone shop get a bad rap from main store because it seems we dont do alot, but we do. anyways thanks for reading, anyone know who I could report this to?
