Hi all, i just installed this camera for my father, and i used an OBD hardwire kit from Vantrue, with voltage display on it but when i go to the botslab settings, in the parking mode loop, it's just showing me a buy button to get a hardwire cable, now i'm not sure if cable is issue or it needs to have a record of a video to have that active , since i just installed it, i didn't let it go idle but i thought i should still at least access that tab.

Also, is it possible to access the camera via phone randomly, while car is parked? i noticed not many dashcams offer that service, which i assume is normal since they are made to use low voltage while parked.
