Currently have a spotted Congo puffer (puff daddy)and want to get a shoal, could puff daddy be kept with figure 8 or Indian dwarf puffers?

Currently have a spotted Congo puffer and thinking of getting a shoal of 5-6 more puffers. Can you keep other small puffers like Indian dwarf or figure 8 with what I have
