I have a Lenovo Legion Slim 5 and I was playing Warframe when I realize my RTX 4060 doesn't hit full speed. My CPU usage sit at around 60% while my GPU is at 99% but neither my CPU and GPU run at full speed. I am not thermal throttling as my GPU sits at 50C. I tried to OC my GPU using the built it Lenovo software but when I click save the speed only maxes out for 5 seconds and I do see an increase in FPS but only for 5 seconds before the speed drop and I'm back to 50 FPS. I thought I was CPU bottlenecked but even letting my CPU use more power while still not hitting a thermal throttle doesn't help. Any ideas? My CPU is AMD

So I have a Lenovo Legion Slim 5 16APH8. I can use either Hybrid mode which uses both the IGPU and DGPU or I can just use the DGPU. I noticed that even with an external monitor, I get more FPS than just my laptop but less FPS if I stuck with Hybrid mode. I'm not complaining but I'm just wondering why that happens. I thought adding a external monitor skips the IGPU completely so I didn't need to use DGPU only.
