Vague memory of the plot. I remembered that it was a subtitle film, I saw it once in the mid-80s and I believe is a foreign film. It got in my mind that the movie was called City Lights but when I search I always get the Charlie Chaplin film. The plot is about a family that just moved to the city, first scene is clear in my mind: a desert city in the early morning and the family arriving in the car through empty streets. Dad, mom and two teenage kids. Dad always trying to find a job, very odd ones, kids getting into alcohol, drugs, fights and that's it. I'm intrigued by the plot and why I can't remember it.
