I see that the service interval for the 2020 Volvo xc40 is 100k-150k miles. The dealership today told me I needed to replace my timing belt for ~$1,815.

To me, it looks like normal wear but not that it needs to be replaced yet?

I’m only at 68k miles.

Also, this dealership has lied to me before so I’m very skeptical of anything they say.
