Hi guys, I have no idea about switches/modding them etc. my daughter's switch was charging and working fine then the next morning just a black screen. No charging symbol nothing. Tried the holding 20 seconds etc.

Must add her volume down button is unresponsive.

I've tried a different charger no difference.

When I put it on the dock the green light flashes once but also won't do anything else.

It's a switch 1

Any chance someone can help?
