Hi everyone,
I’m looking to see if anyone has had a similar protocol or experience.
I’m 35 (turning 36 in July) secondary infertility, one healthy 7-year-old conceived naturally. Since then I’ve had 4 early miscarriages. Recurrent loss tests all normal, cycles regular.

My fertility doctor has me on:
• Letrozole 2.5mg morning + evening (5mg/day) on CD2–12
• Progesterone pessaries 400mg morning + night after ovulation
• Follicle scan this cycle

I previously tried a lower dose for 3 months with no success.

Has anyone with unexplained recurrent early loss / secondary infertility had a similar 10-day letrozole protocol or progesterone dose? I feel its higher dose. All my tests are normal and periods are regular Would love to hear your experience
