Im from pakistan & i have a suzuki khyber / swift 1998. It has Toyota Vitz 1szfe 1000CC engine swapped & has LSD along w manual short ratio transmission. Ive been having clutch issues w it mainly when the car is turned on & when i try shifting in first gear or reverse gear it gets very stiff and doesnt shift until i leave the clutch and push it again. What could be the issue? Mechanic changed some pump like the master cylinder or wtv that is still having the problem

I have a suzuki khyber 1998 vitz 1szfe swapped w manual transmission short ratio & lsd. Having problems where it sometimes gets like very hard to shift into first & reverse gear when the car is start. It gets fixed usually when i leave the clutch & push it again. Fed up w my known mechanics none of them have manged to fix the issue & ive already spent 30k or more already. Help me someone with a good mechanic in Peshawar
