Has anyone here experienced the front sprocket/cover bolt snapping on a Triumph Speed 400?
While tightening mine, the bolt broke and half of it is stuck inside the hole. I haven’t tried removing it myself yet because I’m worried about damaging the threads.
Just wanted to know from people who’ve faced this before:
Was it an easy fix at service center?
How much did it cost?
Did the threads get damaged or was bolt extraction enough?
Any major issues after repair?
Would really appreciate real experiences before I take it to Triumph service.
