i'm really stressed out, but when i was in the process of looking for an apartment/dorm, I clicked through the housing portal and signed the agreement. I did NOT pick a room/roommate/dorm, and it popped up on my one.uf saying I got billed $6000. I didn't even know they would give me a dorm because I never chose one

I did a cancellation request but they denied it. what can I do?? I already am at someone's sublet and paid them and I can't pay $6000
