How do I get hold of these people?
Ok this is ridiculous. I came home and my tv was all weird. Suddenly the internet is off. I call Telus, wait on hold for over an hour only to have the call disconnected because they close at 6:30. This is insane. How hard is it to speak to an actual live human? I can’t continue paying for this service. What am I supposed to do now? No tv and no internet and I can’t for the life of me find the number for technical support.
