Hi,

Recently my wife(she is on H1B currently) lost her job and I have my first H1B extension window opens from 12th May. Is it good to file H1B extension + H4 + H4EAD in premium processing ? We had our stamping last time in 2023 September. What is the timeline for getting her H4 and H4 EAD because her H1B grace period starts from May 9th.
