Is 1,400 calories enough for a sedentary 5,9 female? (And 2 questions)
So I want to go from 1,600 calories to 1,400 because I've lost weight on 1,600 but I've hit a plateau. I want to keep losing I'm almost completely sedentary so I honestly don't need a lot. I also wanna know if i can go any lower than 1,400. And I added my height for more specifics if you have any other questions ill answer them. (How do you eat healthier when all you've known your whole life is junk food?) (How do you exercise when you have low motivation to keep doing it every day?)
