Hello, I have a R36S V12 running Arkos 2.0

My OTG port isn't recognising anything. When connected to my Android phone with a data USBC it charges my phone and the USB options are greyed out.

Can't get a WiFi dongle to work either. I've tried different boot options for the panel but nothing is working (boot options were for various versions of a V22 panel 4.

I did try Panel 0 boot files but I got a blank screen.

Any suggestions appreciated! Thank you.
