Abusive ex took all my money. Has anyone had luck or can share their experience with athens small claims court? I have multiple texts + bank statements of him borrowing money and setting dates to pay me back with no follow through. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’d rather not see him again if it’s not going to be worth something, but if the court seems to help the victim then i will be filing asap.
