Im on 7th week post surgery now. Had inguinal hernia on the left open with mesh. I still feel pain and tightness on and around my incision. It’s also firm and hard rock. Is this normal?

Btw around 3rd week i started to feel pain and discomfort on the right side as well. Im scared and might need to undergo another ultrasound :(
