Hi there,

36F here, never been to a dermatologist before.
Father has history of basal cell carcinoma.
Mole not itchy or bothersome.

I've had this mole for as long as I can remember. The other night I happened to glance at my back in the mirror and notice a new something or other on it that appeared much darker than the rest of the mole.

After panic photographing every single angle, I am terrified that it might be something cancerous. Google image search seemed to compare it to less scary things but I'm wondering if anyone has had something similar to this happen?

Could it be a tiny blood blister on top of the normal mole? I lay in a sauna blanket often and wonder if that could have caused something like this to pop up.

Note: all the photos were taken on the same evening but some in different light, hence the color variations from photo to photo.

I've booked an appointment with my PCP to get the referral to see a dermatologist but I have Medi-Cal and the process for referrals to actually getting an appointment can take over a month so I'm wondering if panic is appropriate or not 🤡

Totally on my last straw with my 2019 Civic EX Hatchback. It was purchased CPO from the dealership in January 2023-- has had a chronic moisture/mold issue that I thought was just a result of spilling a little bit of water in the passenger seats from time to time (always would wet vac it out ASAP)~

AC was out forever and I just struggled through the heat forever, and the slowly felt like i was being gassed in my own car. Once I learned about the service bulletins, I brought the vehicle in and Honda replaced AC compressor / condenser parts that were covered from the warranty extension per bulletin due to it leaking Freon... but never inspected evaporate core.

Sharing some pics of the AC vents, window seals, and -- gasp. The terrifying amount of rust in discovered under dash using my borescope. It looks to be the cross-body bar that has the insane rust... I'm wondering if that a Windshield seal thing?

Please advise! I've been struggling with this vehicle almost since I've had it and am losing my mind...
