So we got hit with our first vomiting bug over the weekend, first one then the other went down with it. Quickly followed by the parents. Seems like we all survived it but now their (6mth olds) sleep is atrocious and they’ve been screaming with anger at times.

Is this normal post bug and more importantly will things bounce back because we’d just managed to get over a sleep regression and then this has knocked already struggling parents down.

They are great, but blimey it’s hard work!
