Should I go to UGA or Augusta?
I just got off the waitlist for UGA, I have committed to Augusta and payed housing fees along with orientation fees and other miscellaneous things. I toured Augusta and i genuinely liked the atmosphere. I’m planning on being pre-pharm which is why I think UGA is better, but I like how Augusta is a smaller school so it’s easier to bond with professors and other classmates. I’m also worried that the housing options will be bad since I was waitlisted and I don’t think I could survive with the communal bathrooms/showers as I am religious/modest and don’t show much skin in front of anyone (And I feel uncomfortable doing so regardless of religion). Also to mention I have a cousin going to UGAs med school, so that’s another reason pulling me towards UGA because I can be at the same college as her. I’m still not fully sure because I have already planned out Augusta, I have 3 roommates who I love and would hate to abandon and I think some of the professors are great there too.
