It a longer fic. I read it on AO3. I don’t remember the exact details, just a single scene:

Aizawa meeting with Endeavor (possibly getting permission for Todoroki to move into the dorms?), and Endeavor actually being noted to be intimidated by Aizawa because it was known that he held his own against AFO (most likely the Kamino fight).

Might be a different fic but during the AFO fight, I think he got to a high point and used Erasure against AFO for a few seconds, but erasing that many quirks made him start bleeding from the eyes.
