Explain Proxies (and how to use them) for My Smol Brain
My schools wifi use some kind of thing that blocks a large amount of online content. When on their wifi- even on personal devices. For example I can use gmail but not YouTube. You know what I'm talking about. What I am looking to do is to game off my own, personal, MacBook. Now, I would like to specify that I am not looking for a way to use the web or online games. There are hundreds of guides out there on that so I could probably figure that out. What I am looking for is a way to use the blocked wifi in an application that needs an internet connection to work. I have looked at stuff like Proxifier but I don't wanna pay money. I want something that is free and will work so can someone explain how to use a free alternative to proxifer so I can use my schools wifi throught a application?
