It’s been a while since I deconstructed but for some reason there are still hymns that are soothing and bring comfort. Songs like how great thou art and be thou my vision still make me feel at peace and make me tear up. I was wondering if anyone else feels this. It might just be that I’m from middle Missouri and these songs are deeply grained into my culture but it just feels as though they are comforting. Does anyone else feel this?
