Whenever I turn my heat or a/c on, my 2009 Toyota Corolla LE will let out a smell of gas fumes. The smell is also prevalent from outside the car near the hood only with the heat or a/c on. I know for sure there is a crack in the upper catalytic converter. One of my fuel injectors is pretty brown as you can see in the photo, while all the others are clean. I have no check engine lights. Could anyone help me identify this issue?
