We're in the southdale/millbank area. Our line along with many others including a main line. get hit while they are doing fiber updates. So much for all the flag locates! They fixed the main line Saturday by 2pm. But have not fixed any of home lines that are cut. Called and spoke twice a manager and they sent emails to dispatch and still nothing. And the earliest they can come/book appointment was Monday. Both mangers are trying to help for earlier but no luck yet.
Can't believe Rogers doesn't have someone working with the contractor. Knowing how many lines are being hit on a daily basis. Or even better some kind of response team just for these particular accidents. Come out a run a temp line or a temp splice.
Will be filing a complaint to Rogers. This fiber project is large project. If it helps 1 person its worth it.
