Cricut Joy 2 used to connect to Windows 10, not anymore...

We purchased a Joy 2 when it came out this year. We love it for small projects and cards, even when we also have a Maker 4 and a Venture.

Initially, the Joy 2 connected to our Windows 10 computers with no problem at all and we used it several times to make cards, cut vinyl, print and cut stickers, etc. with no issues at all and it performed wonderfully!

However, at some point in late April, it stopped connecting to our Windows 10 computers (three different Windows 10 computers). The strange thing is that it connects perfectly to our only Windows 11 computer and also to my Android tablet.

My wife tested on her iPad and it doesn't connect there anymore.

We suspect this problem was caused by a Design Space update in April, but of course it's hard to be certain as we don't know if it is possible to install and run an earlier version of Design Space.

We have done all possible troubleshooting steps, unsuccessfully, including a long call with support in which they couldn't find the issue after all the Bluetooth troubleshooting, removing the machine from Design Space, and even reinstalling Design Space from scratch.

Here is what makes this issue very, very strange: all our Windows 10 computers can connect perfectly to the Maker 4 and the Venture. So the problem with the Joy 2 is very puzzling -and very inconvenient too. We have resorted to use the Android tablet when we want to send a cut to the Joy 2.

Anyone having a similar problem with Windows 10 and the Joy 2? We have searched online and can't find any specific Joy2 post...

It will help me to know if other owners of a Joy 2 are connecting to Windows 10 with no problems. My Windows 10 version is 64-bit Home 22H2 (OS Build 19045.7184)
