Hello guys, can someone give me some insight on how long it usually takes to verify your address? I submitted a bank account statement to verify my address a few days ago and it’s been pending for a while. I sent an submitted a ticket on the website but so far there’s no reply on that too. When I opened then the app it told me to contact support and to expect a reply within 24 hours. It’s been about that long and I haven’t had an email. I’d really appreciate anyone who could give me an idea of how long I’m supposed to wait? Thank you in advance.
