Hi All,

I had ordered the OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z3 from Amazon Now on 23rd April, within 3 minutes the delivery status changed to delivered even though I did not receive it. I called the delivery agent through the number provided in the Amazon App. He said, the person at the centre must have marked it as delivered, now there is a rush of orders so it will take some time to get delivered. I agreed with him and waited for the order to get delivered, but it was not delivered. Some days later I had a chat with Amazon Service Centre for the refund, they said they have raised a complaint within their system for the same and when I contacted them today for the status they have denied my request for refund. Can someone suggest to me what course of action I should take from here onwards if they still refuse to provide the refund?
