My spouse’s h1b got picked, while my did not. She has a i-140 approved. Currently she is on l1b and I am on l2. She plans to file her h1b through premium processing and COS. Will i have gap in my employment authorization if my h4 and h4 ead is filed with her premium application. Also can any help me with how long is that gap anticipated to be.
