Looking for fashion advice - Things to pair with Incinerator

Hi people, I am about to craft my first legendary, The Incinerator.
I am playing a Thief and my main content is WvW so I play Dagger&Sword. I am looking for a sword that does look cool, but won't burn a hole through my wallet like another legendary for now.

I have 2 fashions that I use, both of them are very basic, edgy looks.

with one "Ninja" themed, using the pieces below

-Neon Demon Mask

-Brawler's Jacket,

-Holographic Koi

-Pyre Gloves

and the other is again, basic "plague doctor" type fashion using:

-Vigilant Physician's Mask

-Houndskin Mantle

-True Sight Medium Coat

- Pyre Gloves

-True Sight medium leggings

-Outlaw boots

-Artisan Zharra's Cape.

people recommended Firebringer but it's a Gladius, very roman centered aesthetic and has nothing to do with the current pieces I equip.

I am looking for a sword option that won't drown but won't kill it either. I am considering farming a gen 3 legendary, but it will take some time so I need something until then.

This is a PvP - WvW post but everyone can give their 2 cents and discuss this topic, as long as it's constructive im okay with anything.

So basically, as a new player, I thought Revenant's Impossible Odds legend skill hits an extra attack per one instance of hit damage.

That means, I thought it literally doubles hits from every multi hitting spell. For example; Offhand sword's Shackling Wave hits x5 additional strikes. And I thought that between every attack there is an impossible odds attack.

Or

Shortbow's Bloodbane Path and Sevenshot are all multi-hitting spells with the latter is literally a seven instance of damage. I thought, this is why I was deleting people in WvW and PvP. However, this was not the case.

The only multi-hit spell benefits fully from Impossible Odds is Sword 3 - Unrelenting Assault. It has an impossible odds damage between every hit.

While it's undeniable that impossible odds help a bit, it is NOT the main source of damage like I thought in bursts.

I play lot of conduit, so my burst combo was always Impossible Odds + Cosmic Wisdom ( if available) on Shiro - and then use my combo. While Cosmic Wisdom still makes Impossible Odds and Cosmic Wisdom combo a bit favorable on melee range (Cosmic Wisdom throws daggers) it is NOT worth at range while using shortbow (this is my opinion and I am looking for people to challenge it)

Impossible Odds drains alot of energy while active. Energy that can be used towards Jade Winds, or more Riposting Shadows, or more Phase Traversal. Although everything has it's place, I don't know where to put Impossible Odds anymore. I definitely need to re-map my muscle memory.

Edit: I am on EU so if anyone knows about participation stats of EU I would be super glad

Last time I played was TWW season 1. The participation in PvP was so bad from my experience, I was waiting 40+ minutes for solo shuffle games to play on DPS in EU region.

Now looking at this sub, people are complaining about damages, heals not being enough, oneshot meta, botched UI with new addon restrictions, premades in bg's etc. But I havent found a single post about participation or queue times.

I am currently playing another MMO, which is GW2 and to be honest although the playerbase is low for a PvP game it's still booming and my max queue time for instanced PvP is 2 minutes if you are not queueing after 3 oclock weekdays, while the large map PvP (world vs world) is almost all day busy with the same rules applying ( empty after midnight weekdays ).

I had some fun but obviously it's not my WoW and I wonder if WoW is comparable. I just simply don't want to come home from work and queue for 30 minutes, or not even 10 minutes for a shuffle game while waiting. Can someone tell me how it is compared to the stats I've provided?

I could learn healing for faster queues but I enjoy other classes such as warrior or rogue too so I might just play them also. Any feedback is appreciated.
