I have just received my new broadband hub and am trying to install it. In terms of wall socket, this is what I have to play with. The right hand box protects a cable which goes into the wall. The second photo shows what the other end of that cable looks like. Can I plug my red banded end into the end of this cable? Or am I going to need to contact Virgin and get an engineer to come and sort this out?
