My beginner colony after 1 year (messor barbarus) - help me avoid any more mistakes

These are two pictures of my messors in the new wakooshi nest.
I think i made a lot of beginner mistakes. Moved them too early, fiddled to much with humidity and moved them to a new nest system after hibernation. A lot of stress for them. Too much i think. But so far i think they are a forgiving bunch. Still small, but i never had this much brood.

I would like to ask for you wisdom and help so i can avoid any more mistakes and hope they develop fine.

They are fed a seed mix and three frozen mealworms a week. i water the nest with 1ml water a week. Left half of the nest is heatet to 27-28C° with a heat pad. As you can see brood is in the hot, wet part of the nest and seeds are stored in the dry and cold part, which is good i think.

Any tipps or reccomendations?
Thank you!
