One room open in Notts, right next to Sneinton Market July onwards.
So we have a 3-bedroom flat located right next to Sneinton Market/Bath Inn. It's £136.67/pppw with bills included. The communal space (that we are very particular about keeping clean) includes a bathroom, a spacious living room and a kitchen fully equipped with an oven, microwave, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer. The other two bedrooms are occupied by me (25F) and another guy (24M). We are both recently graduated working professionals and since our third roommate is moving out with her boyfriend, we are looking for a replacement, preferably not a student.
