Power level issue

Hey, so I was upgrading my survivors squads, and i’ve noticed that my power level doesn’t go up, am I stupid or is it a glitch?

I’m I the only one who has a problem with STW?

When I’m trying to load STW mode it just endless loading screen, and then it says “internal error during player selection”. Is it just Stw broken, or this issue on my side? Help me if anyone knows answer
