Hey everyone! Would love some perspective - I'm early career and deciding between two paths:

Option 1: Uber (Sales Specialist, U4B)
- Full-cycle role (inbound/outbound + closing)
- SMB, higher velocity deals
- ~$100k OTE range
- Opportunity to move into AE role if I perform

Option 2: Stripe (SDR)
- ~$68k OTE first 3-6 mo, bumps up after training
- Strong brand/prestige & known for structured sales training "academy"
- SDR to AE path after 12-18 mo
- Start date likely June/July (vs Uber this month)

Long-term I’m considering an MBA and possibly moving into fintech or more strategic roles. Trying to optimize for long-term career trajectory, not just short-term comp.

If you had these options early in your career, would you prioritize getting closing reps immediately, or starting over at a top-tier prestigious fintech company with strong training?

Appreciate any thoughts!!
