Some explain pls
Long story short, this parcel was meant to arrive on Friday, 4 days ago. I haven’t recieved an update about it and when I emailed the place I purchased my item from they just told me what the tracking says.
If anyone could let me know how to get past the ai part of the Royal Mail helpline it would be much appreciated as I’ve tried everything
