Being a teacher in the USA?

I’m a 28F, I only did my high school back in my country (Argentina) and I studied to be a pilot but I don’t have a degree, so my question is, how can I do to become a Spanish teacher in here? (I’m a resident)

I want someone to tell me if this scenarios are right:

  1. I own a plane, I don’t hold out, my friend just comes to me and says “hey would you fly me to Orlando? I’ll pay you.” It’s a one time thing. I accept

This is legal under Part 91. I’m not holding out

  1. I own a plane, I hold out on Facebook saying I offer flights for compensation, my friend ask me to fly him. It’s a one time thing. I accept

Only legal if I have an operator certificate because I hold out.

I always thought I couldn’t offer pilot services + plane… but that changes if I don’t hold out right?

This is right at the entrance, is like a living room area that we will probably never use since we have our family room. But still I want it to look nice and cozy
