Hi all, I previously posted on this forum about feeling like I was constantly talked over by the person I was seeing. Well, unfortunately I decided to end the relationship with them after really examining it for what it was. Unlike my previous relationships, this one is currently long distance and we both are more comfortable with texting about serious conversations versus calling. With my previous relationships, I would usually ask to talk in person before actually initiating the break up, but this person has a health disorder that flares up if they experience prolonged periods of stress. This made me consider just sending the text all in one go rather than stretching it out by asking to talk first. Today and tomorrow are their days off work, which is why I waited till now in the first place. I just want to minimize the hurt as much as I can (even though it will still be difficult regardless). Any advice?
