I’ve noticed that for me, the spiral doesn’t start with symptoms it starts with the urge to check (Google, body scanning, comparing, etc.).

Once I give in even once, it turns into a loop that’s hard to stop.

For those who’ve improved with this, what helped you interrupt that urge early?

I just want to know practical ways or mindset shifts that helped you break the pattern over time.
