I recently switched helmets and I’m noticing way more wind noise than I expected. Not sure if it’s just the model, the fit, or something with how I’m riding, but it gets pretty loud at higher speeds. I do use earplugs sometimes, but I wasn’t sure if this level of noise is normal or not. Curious what other people experience. Is some noise just unavoidable or should I be looking at a different helmet?

I just saw a recipe for a colorful quinoa salad with roasted veggies and a light dressing, it looked so good and super easy to make! Has anyone tried something similar? What are your go to healthy meals that are both simple and look impressive?
