I’m reaching out because I’m having persistent issues with my ID verification. I’m using my passport, but the process seems to be stuck, and I haven’t received any clear updates on how to proceed. (Presented document type not supported)

I’ve seen the mods here being very helpful with other community members' verification cases recently, so I’m hoping someone from the team can look into mine as well.
