Hello! For context, I've been an account manager at one of the top advertising agencies here in the Philippines for almost three years and I want to leave because the stress is getting too much (all my accounts are big International brands fyi 😆). I honestly don't see advertising as my long term career.
I recently got an offer from a local FMCG company for a Brand Manager position and I'm considering on accepting it. I'm just cautious since I'm worried the stress of Brand Management is just the same with Account Management.
To all former account managers that went brand side, is it worth it to go Brand Management if I'm leaving advertising because of the stress? Thanks!
